I'm a Guatemalan girl with experience in CS/Human Resources/Talent Acquisition. I graduated as a preschool teacher and I'm currently studying Industrial Psychology.
I have worked mainly in providing customer service for 5+ years over the phone, emails, and chats. I have also worked in human resources, promoting the internal culture and values of the company, leading new projects, coordinating activities, pre screening candidates, and conducting the full recruitment cycle for different countries such as Guatemala, El Salvador, The Philippines and Mexico.
I love challenges, learning, and keeping my mind busy! I feel the urge to do things a fast pace but also right. I enjoy activities with precision, customer orientated, and a lot of people skills.

I'm good at Microsoft apps (teams, excel, word, PowerPoint, Forms) and also Google (Sheets, Docs, Forms). I worked as a Human Resources Engagement Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, where I developed different projects such as our help desk, help center, managed the referral report, coordinated meetings, onboarding process, coordinated meetings with ops, logistic for events, followed up with emails, sent and followed up with job offers, appointments, benefits for the company, payment for our providers, motivational activities, and other activities that enriched my experience.
