Position Overview
Wisdom RecruitmentS is partnering with a leading manufacturing team in El Paso, TX, to find a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler. This permanent, full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to join a stable, fast-paced production environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the line, ensuring all tasks are executed in strict compliance with defined quality standards, production orders, and operating procedures.

Schedule: 100% On-site reporting required. Must have the flexibility and willingness to work the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
➤ Line Operation & Assembly: Responsible for the hands-on operation of the production line. Perform continuity testing and expertly mold plugs onto the ends of cords.
➤ Machine Set-Up & Execution: Read and interpret coiling breakdowns to determine the proper length of wire. Set up coiling heads to the correct size and efficiently operate coiling machines.
➤ Finishing & Fabrication: Carefully remove the outer jacket on the ends of coiled wire according to strict operational specifications.
➤ Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough visual examinations of wire to determine exact conformity to specifications and established quality standards.
➤ Packaging & Palletization: Package finished products into proper sleeves, place sleeves into master cartons, seal cartons securely using a hand-held tape machine, and safely load completed cartons onto skids.
➤ Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Supervisor and team members to meet daily production quotas and maintain a safe workspace.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of direct, hands-on experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Physical Capability: Must be physically capable and able to lift up to 45 lbs safely throughout the shift.

Reliability: Must possess a track record of good overall attendance and have access to reliable transportation.

Communication & Teamwork: Must be able to speak and write English effectively, work well with others, and demonstrate a strong team-player mindset.
