This is a full-time, onsite leadership position based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Our client is looking for a strategic powerhouse capable of driving global market penetration and brand growth within the dynamic Information Technology and Services sector.
The Role
As CMO, you will serve as a proactive leader, developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives and foster a dominant market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to accelerate business expansion and market share.

Global Branding: Lead brand development to ensure consistent messaging and identity across all international platforms.

Full-Spectrum Marketing: Oversee digital marketing, content, PR, and demand generation.

Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends.

Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Senior Leadership on integrated go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role specifically within the Information Technology sector.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in executing impactful, large-scale marketing strategies.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, demand generation, and marketing analytics/technologies.
Added Advantages:

Experience in multinational or regional capacities.

Professional certifications in Marketing or Digital Analytics.

Proficiency with CRM and Automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).

A strong professional network within the IT industry and experience in international market entry.
