Job Description
➤ This is a full time (0.8-1.0), salaried-exempt Oncology Services Director position in the Oncology department.
➤ The Director of OP Cancer Center is a qualified professional with appropriate clinical training and leadership experience.
➤ He/she is responsible for clinical direction, quality outcomes, and financial health of their service line.
➤ Director roles are house-wide, functional, and multidisciplinary and service oriented.
➤ The Director follows the established leadership principles at the Medical Center.
➤ Accepts leadership as a sacred trust, exhibits a pride of ownership, customer focused, strategically oriented, demonstrated teamwork, and delegates appropriately.
Required Qualifications & Experience
✔️ Bachelors of Science in Nursing
✔️ Must be licensed as an RN in the State of Montana.
✔️ Five years of leadership required.
✔️ Leadership Courses through continuing education conferences.
✔️ Demonstrated success with team building, collaborative work with physicians, project management, and process improvement projects.
✔️ Proficient in English.
✔️ Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required.
✔️ Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, Leadership/Management or Healthcare related field preferred.
