A leading IT firm in Sri Lanka is seeking a talented and experienced HR Executive to join their dynamic team! This is a full-time, permanent, onsite position located in Sri Lanka, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
➤ IT Recruitment: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
➤ Personnel File Handling: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
➤ Labor Laws & Acts: Provide expert guidance and ensure strict adherence to all Sri Lankan labor laws and acts.
➤ Support various HR functions and initiatives as required.’
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in IT recruitment is essential.
✅ Strong knowledge and practical experience in handling personnel files.
✅ In-depth understanding of current labor laws and acts in Sri Lanka.
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
