About the Role:
As the HR Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of human resources for our client. You will drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives, foster a positive and productive work environment, and ensure the company remains an employer of choice in Sri Lanka’s competitive IT landscape. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based in Colombo.
Key Responsibilities:
⮞ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and company values.
⮞ Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
⮞ Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local labor laws.
⮞ Foster strong employee relations, addressing grievances and promoting a harmonious workplace.
⮞ Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
⮞ Ensure legal compliance across all HR functions and stay updated on local labor legislation.
⮞ Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to cultivate a high-performing culture.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
✅ At least 2 years of experience in an HR managerial role, leading HR teams or functions.
✅ Possession of a PQHRM qualification or a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent relevant field.
✅ Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
✅ Strong understanding of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
