The company is seeking a dedicated MIS Executive to be the analytical powerhouse behind its sales operations, providing crucial insights and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Strategic Reporting: Spearhead the preparation of essential weekly and monthly Sales & Stock Statements, providing clear insights into market performance.
- Comprehensive Data Management: Own the compilation of the Monthly Sales Master, encompassing detailed sales data, and meticulously organize Primary/Secondary/RD sales data by area and distributor.
- Performance Analytics: Develop and present insightful Monthly Review Formats, highlighting key sales figures and effort metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Financial Coordination: Efficiently track, validate, and manage the reimbursement of monthly field expenses for the sales team.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Play a crucial administrative role in the recruitment process, overseeing the planning, organization, and documentation for interview candidates, and coordinating seamlessly with the Mumbai Head Office for selected hires.
- Operational Support: Prepare accurate Pricing Letters as per requirement and coordinate the reimbursement of insurance claims, ensuring smooth back-office functions.
