About the Role
As a Sales & Customer Relations Executive, you will be the face of an esteemed designer brand. You’ll guide clients through a premium shopping experience, offer expert styling advice, and represent a label renowned for its timeless craftsmanship and modern flair.
Who We’re Looking For
➤ Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a strong advantage).
➤ Well-spoken, confident, and passionate about high-end fashion.
➤ Driven, energetic, and proactive in a fast-paced retail environment.
➤ Impeccably groomed with a strong sense of personal style.
➤ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
➤ For Senior Role: Essential experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service.
➤ For Junior Role: Key qualities include enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
