Location: Houston, TX 77024, USA (Onsite – must live in the Houston area)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $99,000.00 – $130,000.00
Reporting To: Director, Net Revenue

Role Overview: Wisdom RecruitmentS is partnering with a premier client in Houston to find a lead-level Senior Net Revenue Analyst.
This role supports the monthly financial close, develops accounting reserve methodologies, analyzes financial trends, and mentors junior staff.
Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ Kodiak (Crowe) / Crowe RCA experience (Strictly Non-Negotiable).
✅ Minimum 7 years of Net Revenue experience.
✅ Strong revenue accounting knowledge and analytical capabilities.
✅ Working knowledge of net revenue and reimbursement structures from commercial and government payors.
✅ Must reside in Houston or the surrounding area to work onsite at short notice.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Nice-To-Have Qualifications:
✅ CPA license or advanced degree.
✅ Experience retrieving data from systems like Excel, Lawson, and EPSI.
