On behalf of our executive client in the healthcare industry, we are seeking a highly analytical Senior Net Revenue Analyst to join their finance team in Houston, TX.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Director of Net Revenue, the Senior Net Revenue Analyst plays a key role in the financial close process, trend modeling, revenue accounting, and complex financial analysis. This position serves as a senior resource and mentor within the finance department while providing crucial insights to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

➤ Financial Close & Accounting: Lead monthly financial close activities, including journal entry preparation, trend modeling, variance explanations, and account reconciliations.

➤ Analysis & Modeling: Analyze net revenue performance, evaluate contract performance, and contribute to accounting reserve methodologies.

➤ Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior finance and revenue cycle team members.

➤ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance executives and external auditors, and contribute to software implementation and process improvements.

➤ Compliance & Standards: Maintain deep working knowledge of commercial and government reimbursement structures and regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

✅ KODIAK (Crowe RCA) Experience: Direct hands-on experience with Kodiak software is strictly required.

✅ Experience: Minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in net revenue accounting and reimbursement.

✅ Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial and government payor structures, revenue cycle dependencies, and financial reserve methodologies.

✅ Location: Candidates must currently reside in the Houston, TX area and be available for onsite work.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Advanced degree or CPA preferred).

Proficiency retrieving and analyzing data across platforms like Excel, Lawson, EPSI, and Crowe RCA.
