Our client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead with experience in Java Spring Boot and React to join their esteemed firm.
Responsibilities:
➤ Lead the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions.
➤ Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java Spring Boot and React.
➤ Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
➤ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.
➤ Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
➤ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
➤ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✔️ 8+ years of software development experience.
✔️ Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and React.
✔️ Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
✔️ Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills.
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
