Wisdom RecruitmentS is representing a dynamic startup travel firm in Sri Lanka that is rapidly expanding its footprint in the tourism industry. We are seeking a high-energy, sales-driven professional to join their team as a Tour Executive focused on the inbound market. This is a full-time, permanent onsite position based in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
➤ Sales Growth: Proactively drive sales by promoting diverse inbound tour packages to international agents, global partners, and direct clients.
➤ Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with overseas travel agencies, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and international clients.
➤ Market Expansion: Actively identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to expand the inbound market segment.
Requirements & Qualifications
✅ Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the inbound tourism sector.
✅ Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional foreign languages is a significant advantage.
✅ Financial Literacy: Good foundational knowledge of tour costing and pricing structures.
