About the Role
A premier, leading hotel chain in Sri Lanka is expanding its footprint and launching an exciting new travel venture. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Travel Executives to join our newly established travel company based in Thalawathugoda.

Key Responsibilities
➤ Promptly handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and direct channels.
➤ Design, customize, and prepare high-quality travel itineraries and competitive quotations based on client requirements.
➤ Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both corporate and individual clients.
➤ Actively identify and generate new business opportunities to expand our client base.
➤ Handle end-to-end flight reservations, ticketing, and reissues.
Requirements & Qualifications
✅ Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry.
✅ Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of Sabre GDS, airline reservation systems, flight ticketing, and reissue procedures.
✅ Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills paired with strong negotiation capabilities.
✅ Attributes: Proactive, organized, and sales-oriented with a passion for exceptional customer service.
✅ Good relationships with Airlines
