We are recruiting a high-caliber Business Development Manager – IT to join the core team of our Australian-based client. This is a permanent, 100% remote position for a Sri Lankan professional who is equally skilled at front-end sales and back-end organizational management.

You will be the “right hand” to the international management team, driving growth in the Australia and US markets while ensuring the business runs smoothly.

Strategic Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients within the tech space.

IT Product Expert: Lead high-impact product demonstrations, translating technical features into business value.

Negotiation & Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle, including high-level negotiations and closing deals.

Operational Administration: Provide executive-level administrative support, managing workflows, scheduling, and team coordination.
🎯 Requirements

Location: Based in Sri Lanka.

Communication: Flawless English communication skills (verbal and written).

Experience: Proven experience in IT Product Demonstrations and International Sales.

Closing Prowess: A demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure new business.

Time Zone Alignment: Full availability for Australian Business Hours (Early morning starts in SL).
