Salary: $78,700 – $118,100

Signing Bonus: $15,000 (paid in three installments, subject to applicable taxes)

Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Middlebury, VT, is seeking a talented and experienced Imaging Supervisor to join their team. This full-time, permanent position is based onsite and offers a unique opportunity to blend supervisory responsibilities with hands-on clinical work. If you’re passionate about leading a team while maintaining direct patient contact, this role is for you.
Your Responsibilities
As the Imaging Supervisor, you will report to the Radiology Director and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department. Your duties will include:
➤ Performing a variety of routine and complex tests across all areas, including General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, DXA, Mammography, CT, OR Imaging, and PACs, as needed.
➤ Organizing and delegating shift workloads and managing staff schedules.
➤ Acting on behalf of the Radiology Director for communications and keeping them informed of shift activities.
➤ Overseeing department inventory and supply ordering.
➤ Reviewing and making daily decisions on quality control.
➤ Supporting a newly unionized team and working with recently upgraded equipment.
Key Requirements
✅ Education/Certification: Certificate and/or Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology. ARRT(R) certification is required, with an additional certification in either CT or Mammography.
✅ Licensure: Eligibility for a Radiologic Technologist license in the State of Vermont.
✅ Experience: A minimum of five years of radiology experience and at least one year of supervisory experience.
✅ Supervisory experience in a union setting.
✅ ARRT certification in both CT and Mammography, in addition to radiography.
✅ Experience with the Epic EMR and Visage PACS systems.
