Job Title – SailPoint Developer/Admin
Location – Oaks, PA , USA
Type – Full Time / Hybrid
Duration: 6 – 9 months Contract to Hire (candidates must be willing/interested in permanent conversion)
Salary: $65-$80 per hour  ->   Conversion Salary: $90-$120k/yr Target
Visa Type: 1 USC/GC/GC-EAD OR H4-EAD ONLY.  (No Third Party Candidates)

Our client looking for a skilled and versatile SailPoint Developer/Admin. In this dual-focused role, you’ll be instrumental in both developing robust SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions and effectively administering the existing environments. You’ll work closely with diverse stakeholders, including business owners, development teams, vendors, and end-users, to ensure seamless project delivery, operational excellence, and adherence to security best practices.

What You’ll Do

➤ Design, build, test, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, ensuring they align with our technology standards and business requirements.

➤ Perform implementation activities, including client installations, product releases, and upgrades.

➤ Maintain and upgrade production and pre-production SailPoint environments, ensuring they operate efficiently and adhere to industry best practices.

➤ Develop custom reports to meet critical audit and compliance requirements.

➤ Write and optimize rules using Beanshell scripting for complex functions such as building maps, correlations, exclusions, and policy violations.

➤ Integrate SailPoint with third-party application APIs for both on-premise and cloud-based systems.

➤ Manage access reviews and certifications within the SailPoint platform.

➤ Configure Lifecycle Management (LCM) for automated provisioning and de-provisioning workflows across various applications.

➤ Lead and participate in technical specification and deployment documentation.

➤ Manage multiple concurrent implementations while handling day-to-day administration activities.

➤ Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, fix bugs, and implement necessary enhancements.

➤ Actively participate in Enterprise Change Management and Incident Management processes.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field, or equivalent work experience in Information Systems.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and support.

Minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows Server management, application deployments, and maintenance.

Minimum of 2 years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows and tools.

Minimum of 2 years of implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors (e.g., Active Directory, JDBC, SQL Server, Oracle, Web Services, delimited files).

Proven experience configuring Lifecycle Management (LCM) for provisioning and de-provisioning application access.

Experience integrating with third-party ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira using custom Java classes.
