Position Overview
Wisdom RecruitmentS is partnering with a leading innovator in the Aerospace and Defense sector to find a high-caliber Senior Finance / Investor Relations Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a vital, strategic role in executing the investor communications strategy for a high-profile Missile Solutions division ahead of and post-Initial Public Offering (IPO).
While this position offers 100% remote flexibility for candidates living anywhere within the United States, candidates must meet strict US citizenship/residency requirements to satisfy industry compliance.

Travel: Up to 25% travel may be required for investor meetings, conferences, and corporate roadshows.
Key Responsibilities
➤ IPO & Earnings Support: Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, transcripts, briefing materials, and official press releases.
➤ Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights.
➤ Investor Engagement: Coordinate and actively participate in investor meetings, financial conferences, and non-deal roadshows.
➤ Executive Reporting: Provide deep-dive analysis and critical feedback on investor and analyst consensus reports directly to senior management.
➤ Digital Presence Management: Oversee and update investor relations content on the corporate website and official social media channels.
➤ Cross-Functional Messaging: Collaborate with internal finance, legal, and leadership teams to ensure unified and compliant messaging across all communication channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Education & Experience:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant corporate finance/IR experience OR
✔️ Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience OR
✔️ In lieu of a formal degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related professional experience.
✅ Clearance & Eligibility: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder living in the US, and eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. (This requires successful completion of an extensive background investigation).
✅ Industry Domain: Prior experience within Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Investor Relations is required; background in Aerospace & Defense or IPO preparation is highly advantageous.
