Job Description

One of the leading Insurance Company in the US looking for experienced Virtual Assistants to the CEO and CFO.

 

Requirements:

  • The candidates should be US Citizens (students living in the US welcome to apply)
  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Should be able to work minimum 6 hours per day (from Monday to Friday)
  • Should have great knowledge in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT) and Google Docs, Spreadsheets.
  • Should know how to draft basic emails and letters
  • Should be able to answer calls behalf of CFO or CEO
  • Should have an own Laptop/PC, Headset with a reliable internet connection
  • Candidate who can travel (if required but rarely) would give priority
