Type: Contract (9+ months) | (Hybrid)
Rate: $70-$75/hr on C2C (DOE)
A leading organization in New York is seeking a talented and experienced Adobe SME Specialist to join their Digital Customer Service group! This is an exciting hybrid role for a US Citizen (USC) who is passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences.
In this position, you will be a key player in managing the Adobe CMS platform to power brand and customer experiences across all digital channels. If you have a strong background in AEM Cloud Service and hands-on development, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
➤ Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture.
➤ Manage the Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with best practices.
➤ Lead the development of new websites and implement code/content changes within the Adobe Cloud environment.
➤ Debug, troubleshoot, and fix technical configuration and integration issues.
➤ Partner with analytics teams to optimize website performance and customized experiences.
➤ Collaborate with cybersecurity and other teams to ensure the environment meets all agency standards.
➤ Provide tactical support for SEO initiatives, including inputting meta titles and descriptions.
Required Qualifications
✅ US Citizenship is required.
✅ Minimum 6 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager, with at least 2 years of experience in AEM as a Cloud Service.
✅ Minimum 6 years of hands-on coding experience in Java, ReactJS, Next.JS, ES6, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
✅ Strong understanding of other Adobe Cloud technologies like Dynamic Media, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Target, and Adobe Experience Platform.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✅ Must have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with various teams.
