Job Description
A leading IT company in Sri Lanka, a client of Wisdom RecruitmentS, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position based in Colombo, offering a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
⮞ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
⮞ Lead the analysis and design of complex software solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
⮞ Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
⮞ Conduct business process modeling, use case analysis, and user story creation.
⮞ Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and systems, providing technical guidance to both internal teams and clients.
⮞ Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
✅ A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
✅ A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a strong focus on technical projects.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✅ Experience with requirements management and modeling tools.
✅ Proven ability to work in an Agile development environment.
