Hiring: ServiceNow Architect 🚀
Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 Annually
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen (USC)
Are you a seasoned ServiceNow Architect with a passion for designing scalable, end-to-end solutions? A leading technology firm in Chandler, AZ, is looking for a talented and strategic leader to join their team. In this onsite, permanent role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our architectural vision and driving key implementations across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
➤ Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other core applications.
➤ Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the architectural roadmap and vision for our client’s ServiceNow environment.
➤ Architect and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems like AWS, Azure, Active Directory, and custom APIs.
➤ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the adoption of best practices.
➤ Lead platform upgrades, enhancements, and optimization efforts to ensure performance, usability, and cost-efficiency.
➤ Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic advice on process automation and platform capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
✅ Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, design, and configuration, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and CSDM.
✅ Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
✅ Strong understanding and practical experience with ITIL frameworks.
✅ Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and their integration with ServiceNow.
✅ Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
✅ Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CTA) are highly preferred.
