This is a full-time, permanent position based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, offering a hybrid work model (2 days on-site, 3 days remote).
About the Role:
As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable applications. You’ll be responsible for guiding a team of skilled developers, ensuring best practices, and contributing significantly to the architectural vision of exciting new projects. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, mentor junior talent, and directly influence product success.
What We’re Looking For:
⮞ Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer ready for leadership.
⮞ Strong expertise in React.js for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
⮞ In-depth knowledge of Node.js for robust backend development.
⮞ Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.
⮞ Solid understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and best coding practices.
⮞ Ability to mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
⮞ Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
⮞ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
